God is GOOD!!! As most of you have heard, this week we received a favorable decision from the City of Anaheim regarding our CUP (Conditional Use Permit). The City Council members voted 7-0 in favor of allowing the currently zoned industrial building for use as a church. They even went as far as to commend the Church of Southland for going out of our way to obtain all the necessary items (especially parking agreements) to submit the CUP application in order to establish a church in order to make a positive impact in the community.

In addition to the GREAT news regarding the CUP, we heard from ECCU (Evangelical Christian Credit Union) today regarding our Loan Application - "APPROVED." Praise the Lord !!! Please continue to pray for the building process. As we move closer to the close of escrow, please pray that our approved loan will be funded within the escrow period.

In addition, please lift up the fundraising and renovation process. While we have overcome some major hurdles this past week, we still have a little ways to reach the finish line. Please continue to lift everything up in prayer so that we will finish well.
