Where is the church building located that we are purchasing, and how big is it?
The address for the church is 2536 Woodland Dr., Anaheim, CA. Closest cross streets are Magnolia Ave. and La Palma Ave. off the 91 Fwy. The building size is 21,780 square feet, and our desired target sanctuary size will be 4500 square feet.

Can we visit the building?
There was a site visit for the  entire church on April 27th.  We are asking the congregation NOT to visit  the building on your own, because it will be a disruption for the current  tenant. Once we are in escrow, we will be able to arrange more routine  visits.

Why is the target amount $1M? Don't we have enough money to purchase the building?The existing money in the building fund will be used towards the down payment (which is usually about 25~30% of the purchase price), and any transaction cost for the purchase of the property. Also, since the building we are purchasing is a commercial property, and not originally designed for use by a church, a substantial amount of initial renovations will be required in order to receive the permit of occupancy from the city before we can move in.

How can I participate in the Building Fundraising Campaign?
Pray that our renovation plans will be approved so we can occupy the building. Pray for a successful campaign to raise $1 million so we can accomplish the initial renovations necessary before moving in. Participate in the various fundraising events. After prayer and discussion with your family members, submit a pledge card by May 11.

Should I take some of my regular church support, tithes, and mission offerings, and designate them for the building campaign?
No. Anything committed to the building fund should be above and beyond your regular tithing and offerings.

If I make a pledge should I start giving immediately?
We encourage you to give as soon as you can, but the target deadline is when the pledged amount should be fulfilled by.
